Manaslu Circuit - Escape the crowds below Annapurna and enjoy the true spirit of the Himalayas
We had an amazing time on the Manaslu trek in November. During the hike, one climbs slowly from the lowlands to the Larke Pass at 5100 meters, and the countryside changes slowly the whole time! It's fantastic to see the diversity - to begin with, it's hot, surrounded by green and fertile valleys. A few days later, you'll find yourself in beautiful Tibetan villages at the foot of the snow-capped Himalayan giants.
We chose Mountain Magic Treks the local trekking company to guide us on this fantastic trek, and it totally won the lottery! Compared to other companies, our guide was young, energetic and best of all spoke English very well. That's not normal. Thanks to him, we got to know a lot about Nepal. He recommended secret places to visit, was flexible with planning, gave great tips for taking pictures, and always knew what to do.
The company generally provided good accommodation and ensured that we always had a good meal with an evening dessert prepared by ourselves. Once one of the chiefs got lost in the hotel by mistake, the guide played his role and prepared a delicious meal.
Finally, Mountain Magic Treks doesn't just take care of you on the circuit - but also helps you find accommodation in Kathmandu and provides some entertainment. Normally I am not a fan of organized trips, but I must admit, thanks to Mountain Magic Treks, the trip turned into a Mountain Magic adventure that we enjoyed a lot!

Great experience 'Lobuche Peak' and EBC with Mountain Magic Treks
We are a group of 6 people from France. We booked Lobuche peak trip with Mountain Magic Treks through internet. At first, we weren't sure how it was going to go. But now, after we completed the trip we can say - Mountain Magic Treks is a serious company with all the team members working for a successful trip. Honestly, we enjoyed every moment of the trip. Our guide was Phurba Sherpa, a very energetic person. We want to climb more in the future under his guidance. I've had great experience climbing with Mountain Magic Treks (and I've climbed with several North American and European outfits in the past). It was a private trip and everything from start to finish was just excellent. The organization was excellent with great responsiveness to emails and great flexibility in adjusting the itinerary for my needs. Once I arrived in Nepal, everything was perfect and in many ways better than expected. I had two Sherpas with me who were the most humble, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, strong and helpful humans you could ever wish for - great communication and no language barrier. I always felt extremely safe and supported, and they went the extra mile to accommodate the itinerary when needed. The basecamp setup for Ama Dablam was phenomenal - the best tents I've ever experienced (proper beds/mattresses), great food for basecamp, and great support and more like easy access to wifi. Most importantly, everyone in the company is completely trustworthy and the best people to work with, and they really try to help in any way they can.
(For example I left my big puffy down jacket at basecamp and they didn't find it, they even sent it back to the US, no questions asked). I don't think this review does it any justice as I had the greatest experience possible.

Words don't do it justice. The trip was fantastic - from day one to the time I boarded my return flight. It was my first trip to Nepal and I was impressed by the warm hospitality and genuine kindness of the people and the natural beauty. Trek to Everest Base camp and helicopter return flights proved to be a mind blowing experience for me!

For those with limited time or difficulty hiking at high altitude, trekking to Everest Base Camp with Both way helicopter flights is the perfect option. Along with three friends, I completed this trek with Mountain Magic Treks in November, and it was an experience I will never forget. Our journey to Everest Base Camp was made incredibly enjoyable by our knowledgeable guide and hardworking porter.
The helicopter flights from Kathmandu to Lukla and from Gorakshep to Kathmandu after reaching EBC was absolutely magnificent. The pilot even took us close to the base camp area before descending—an unforgettable moment.
Mr. Rewati, the owner of Mountain Magic Treks, is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. The hotel provided in Thamel was excellent and perfectly located. From the moment we landed in Kathmandu, everything was well organized—someone was there to pick us up right away.
Our Everest Base Camp Luxury trek with helicopter flights was truly fantastic. The guide and porter were exceptionally helpful, and the helicopter ride back to Lukla offered breathtaking views.

Excellent service by Mountain Magic Treks
During booking, I dealt only with Revathi. All my emails were answered promptly, courteously, and with all the information I needed. After arriving in Kathmandu I met Kiran, she was equally helpful, but Revathi became my main contact.
And he is fantastic! He went above and beyond to take care of every little detail of my trip, and even helped me with things like getting a Russian visa.
I felt completely safe on the Mustang Yatra knowing that every detail was taken care of. I had excellent guides and excellent vehicles. We had to change vehicles several times due to the roads, and somehow there was always one waiting for us – a major logistical feat considering the lack of cell phone coverage and distance!
Mountain Magic Treks and Rewati and Kiran are totally professional, 100% honest and reliable, and I highly recommend them for any trip you want to do - from a day trip to an extended trek in the Himalayas.

Twice in Nepal with Mountain Magic Trek
Went to Kingdom of Mustang in October 2022 with Rewati and her team, had a great time traveling in a 4x4 vehicle. I said the team was there for us in every aspect of the trip and helped make it memorable for us. We decided to trek the "Frozen Lake of Guisekund" this spring and it was only natural that we turned to Revathi who once again hosted a great experience for our group.
The guide Khem and Kiran himself were all along the way to help with a smile. Anyone who wants to travel or trek in Nepal can safely recommend Mountain Magic Treks and Rewati.

We are two senior Indian journalists, just back from a 15-day tour of Upper Mustang organized by Rewati's highly skilled team at Mountain Magic Treks. Revathi made excellent arrangements and catered to our needs throughout the trip. He was well mannered, responsive and responsible. Although there were some problems with the money transfer from India, he made all the arrangements without waiting for advance remittance from us. Excellent choice
Paradise Himalaya was an excellent choice. Kamal and Keshap did a good job. They answered all our questions. As the day of trekking approached, we asked a lot of questions. Rewati also came to meet us at the airport. We were safely shifted to a hotel in Thamel. He explained everything about the trekking and left us with a trek leader, he was friendly, experienced and knowledgeable . The leader then explained our further plans. Next day we left for Lukla. The flight experience was great and gave us the thrill of flying in the clouds over the mountains. Then met the porter in Lukla. Our journey to Phakding had already begun.
We then proceeded to Namche, Dingboche, Tengboche, Gorkshep and finally Everest Base Camp. I don't know if I missed some destination names in between and also mistyped some spellings. Anyway, we had a very enjoyable trekking. We also spent relaxing days visiting Sherpa villages. After reaching Everest base camp then we flued back by helicopter tour from Gorakshep to Kathmandu. It would be a perfect choice (Helicopter Return flight)
We made the most of the day and went to the nice restaurants in Thamel. Both Keshap and Kamal accompanied us and guided us through the mall and traditional shops. We got pashmina clothes for our family here in USA. The trekking and helicopter return was the best time of our lives. Fascinating trip to Everest Base Camp Short Trek with helicopter return!
My Everest trekking mission accomplished! I am happy with the trekking and helicopter service provided by Mountain Magic Treks. Since our conversation began; They are a friendly, professional, and experienced team, solving problems quickly, finding the best solution services during the tour (domestic flight was changed to a helicopter for Lukla), and providing constant support (quick WhatsApp response from Rewati).
The Mountain Magic Treks team has strong local ties on the ground. We need an extra porter. Rewati quickly called from Kathmandu and arranged one. We can rest and complete the trek with proper local assistance. (Also got extra blankets at the guesthouse) This experience was definitely one of the most enjoyable and very well guided trips.

Brilliant trek to EBC and return back to Kathmandu by helicopter flight - Highly Recommended
After Covid, we finally got the opportunity to visit Nepal Trekking in November 2022. We have chosen the Everest Base camp Short Trek package which offered a helicopter return back to Kathmandu from Gorakshep after we reach EBC. The hike itself was amazing, an amazing part of the world with compelling views and that "big mountain" feel throughout. And the Nepali people were incredibly warm and always welcoming. The organization of the trek at Mountain Magic Treks was exemplary, everything was exactly as promised and the whole thing worked incredibly smoothly, leaving us to focus on making the most of our time in the Himalayas. EBC Trek and Island Peak - October 2022
Wow, where to begin! We had such an amazing adventure and Mountain Magic Treks did an amazing job making it all happen. We trekked up to Everest Base Camp and connected to Island Peak. I am happy with that climbed Island Peak while my wife stayed at Island Peak Base Camp. Mountain Magic Treks was such a great company to work with, and we felt completely taken care of the whole way.
As promised, they were there patiently waiting at the airport when we arrived in Kathmandu and took us directly to the hotel, which was excellent and comfortable! We had a half day tour of Kathmandu and our tour guide Kumar was amazing and super knowledgeable. Our Lukla flight to start the trip was smooth and they helped make everything easy. Along the trek, all accommodations were set for us, and we didn't have to do anything! Accommodation on the road was excellent.
Our guide Kumar gave us a lot of peace of mind in keeping us healthy on the trail and taking care of our health and well being (like carrying oxygen the whole way)... a wealth of knowledge about everything from first aid, knowledge of the area. , etc., we felt lucky to have him in our journey. The assistant guides were also great, we loved Kamal and Ramesh as they took great care of us. Our porters were also excellent, friendly and punctual.
They were always one step ahead and getting our gear at the next stop. At Island Peak, the camping setup was plush and the food excellent. The climbing was very good and my climbing guide was with me the whole time.
All in all, it was an amazing experience and Mountain Magic Treks delivered everything they said it would. We felt very good about everything, especially compared to other trekking companies we met that didn't seem put together. I would definitely recommend Mountain Magic Treks to anyone and I will use them again for future trips to Nepal!!!

A once in a lifetime experience!
Picked up from the hotel, went to the domestic terminal airport and boarded the helicopter for a beautiful aerial view of Kathmandu. The first stop was Lukla for fuel, followed by a pilot change for the best part of the flight. Everest base camp at 5350m and then most of the other mountains with a close view of Everest from Kalapathar. On our way back, we stopped at Hotel Everest View for breakfast. Rewati is an excellent organizer and managed it from end to end, making sure everything went well. Highly recommended.

I recently fulfilled my lifelong dream of trekking to Everest Base Camp on a luxury trip with helicopter flights. Choosing Mountain Magic Treks was the best decision I could have made. Rewati, the owner, answered all our questions patiently over email and was incredibly accommodating with my tight travel schedule.
When we arrived in Nepal from America, our guide, Kumar, greeted us warmly as soon as we cleared immigration and collected our bags. From that moment on, he became not just our guide, but our support system throughout the journey—before, during, and even after the trek. He made sure every concern and need was taken care of with genuine care.
We were also provided with an amazing porter, Tikaram. It was truly a pleasure to have him with us. He carried our duffel bags throughout the entire trek, joining us on many hikes to offer support along the way. Tikaram also had an incredible eye for photography, always ready to capture the perfect moments. In the evenings, he would sit with us in the dining room, even serving us food and surprising us with a delicious apple pie he made himself.
By the end of the trek, Kumar and Tikaram felt like brothers—two people who helped me achieve one of the biggest dreams of my life.

My husband and I chose Mountain Magic Treks as our trekking company for a Everest Base Camp Short Trek with helicopter Return in the first week of November 2022. Everything was perfect, even before arrival, the owner Revathi always surprised me with her quick answers to any of our queries.
And was very helpful from the start. After we arrived in Kathmandu we were picked up by our guide Khem, who is an absolute star! He made us feel like family right from the start, very caring and always looking out for our well being.
We are already planning to come back for the Gokyo trek and we definitely want Khem as our guide! With a big smile on his face at every moment, he was just the best guide you could have for this amazing experience! Khem is very experienced and I cannot express enough how grateful we are to have chosen him as our guide. He knew exactly how to get us to our goal!! Also, Kumar, our porter, he was amazing, such a lovely person, and we were always in awe of his speed running up and down the hills. We had an amazing time, if you are thinking of trekking in Nepal, go with Mountain Magic Treks and you will have an experience of a lifetime that you will never forget.

Rewati was always very responsive and easy to work with, and everything was handled professionally for us once we arrived in Kathmandu.
We were very impressed with our guide Khem and our porters, Bibek and Khem. Kamal managed the trek expertly, and was always concerned about our health and well-being. Also, the entire team was very friendly, and fun to be around. Actually this trip itinerary is comfortable and risk free of altitude sickness. Mr Rewati was helpfull he provided another low budget trip package and itinerary (Helicopter flight from gorakshep to Lukla only and commercial flight back to Kathmandu) but because of our limited time, we did directly helicopter flight to Kathmandu and it was amazing experiance.

Everest base camp by helicopter day tour from Kathmandu with breakfast
5 stars all the way! Mr. Rewati excelled in communication. We emailed for years because our original trip was postponed due to covid. He was very helpful in guiding me. The Everest helicopter experience was amazing. Our Captain/Pilot Priya was efficient and friendly. Rewati also booked us to visit Kathmandu for two more days. We had three days in total. Backed up two more days due to bad weather and not being able to climb Mt.
So we had security and flexibility. Our guide for two days, Khem , was perfect. He navigated us to everything we wanted to see and more. He was attentive and responsive and fun. Experience highly recommended.

In the third week of October 2025, we embarked on a luxury Everest Base Camp trek in a private group of three, with helicopter flights included. It was an incredible experience! The trek was flawlessly organized—lodges were comfortable and clean, tailored to our requests, and the food was consistently excellent with plenty of options.
Our guide, Santosh, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Available 24/7, he ensured every need was met. The assistants, including Kumar, were equally attentive and helpful, providing comfort and support during the more challenging parts of the trek, especially at higher altitudes.
The trek itself was breathtaking! The landscapes were diverse and spectacular, and the moment we reached Everest Base Camp was absolutely unforgettable. We were deeply impressed by the professionalism of the team and the warmth of the local people we met in the Solukhumbu region.

One of the best experiences we’ve ever had was trekking to Everest Base Camp with Mountain Magic Treks. Their team is truly exceptional, providing excellent service, genuine care, and full support throughout the journey. We chose the standard EBC package with both-way helicopter flights, which was absolutely amazing and perfect for a limited-time vacation. Everything they mention on their website is exactly what you need—nothing more, nothing less.
Our trek was perfectly organized. In Kathmandu, we stayed at the 4-star Yatri Suites and Spa, and in the mountains, the lodges were clean, comfortable, and catered to our requests. Meals were always delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Our trip leader, Khem, went above and beyond to make us feel at home, always available to take care of every need. The assistants, including Rabin, were incredibly helpful and attentive. Having done Kilimanjaro last year, we can confidently say that Mountain Magic’s team made this experience far more supportive and comfortable, especially during challenging moments at higher altitudes.

Great guide, great trekking!
Last August, My friend and I did a trekking through the Annapurna region. Phurba Sherpa was our guide and showed us the best places and helped us to get the most out of this experience. Since we were both inexperienced in trekkings, it was really great to have such an experienced guide, who was really friendly and personal throughout the whole adventure. However the weather conditions in August were (as expected) not too helpful for seeing the high peaks of the mountains, the extra information and experience of Mountain Magic Treks helped us to enjoy every piece of it.

Don't do a Trek in Nepal without Rewati!
Rewati gave us an awesome Trek on the Annapurna circuit and got us out of some really tough situations including a lost passport & emergency evacuation. Many trekkers will try to do The Circuit without a guide - which is doable - but without Rey, we would have been completely SOL! His knowledge, experience, and good nature turned what could have otherwise been a disastrous trip into an enjoyable one!

Unforgettable Annapurna Circuit trek
I did the Annapurna Circuit trek in mid-December 2015, guided by Phurba Sherpa. Phurba was just the perfect guide for a newbie trekker like me. He helped me out with the pre-trek prep, taking me to shops to rent gear like sleeping bags- he even bargained on my behalf! Once the trek started, he was always there, making sure I was doing the right things, eating well, staying hydrated. He also took care of finding accomodation at the tea houses. I will never forget the day we crossed the Thorong La pass- 50m before reaching Thorong La, I was hit with altitude sickness. Phurba had the right medication to help me through it and carried my backpack for me till we crossed the pass. Professional, yet warm and kind, Phurba is like family. He has a great eye for a picture too!
About the trek- it's an experience to cherish forever. Beautiful landscapes, from fields to forests to snow-clad mountains to cold desert. Great variety, from ancient monasteries and temples to hot-water springs. A very rewarding journey, being with oneself, while still meeting people from all over the world. And the opportunity to experience the amazing warmth and hospitality of the Nepalese and the delightful company of my guide and trekking buddies.

Don't do a Trek in Nepal without Rewati!
Just finished up the Annapurna Circuit and I have nothing but praise for Rewati and his incredible team who lead the way! This is my second visit and trek in Nepal, and I have been made to feel welcomed and most importantly safe as a solo female traveller. Rewati was always prompt in answering my questions and his amazing team were there to pick me up from the airport when I arrived! Khem was our fearless team leader, with Keshap and Ram his incredible wing-men! Without them, I wouldn’t have been able to make it over the Thorong-La Pass! These 3 kept our small group entertained, safe and well informed throughout the whole trek. We had planned to go to Tilicho Lake, however due to incredibly dangerous weather, our leaders made the difficult decision to turn us around and out of harms way after. Whilst not ideal, after hearing other trekkers stories of their visit to the lake, I’m glad we had such knowledgeable guides who had our safety as their number one priority. One of our three leaders was always by my side as I was the slowest of the group, and I was never once made to feel like I needed to rush. The guys always encouraged us to do our best and were always positive that we would get to the finish line. I cannot praise Rewati and his team enough! It has been yet another incredible visit to Nepal, and it’s been so great knowing I didn’t have to worry about anything, and that I could call on our team no matter what time of the day. Make sure you indulge in the Dal Bhat (24hr power) when you travel with Mountain Magic Treks! You’ll need the energy to keep up with the guys who never failed to keep us entertained with songs and jokes! Ram is the most hilarious pocket rocket, who is always up for the craziest of challenges. Keshap will sing away all of your worries (and will totally win Nepal Idol one day!!!) and Khem will always be by your side, sharing his amazing knowledge about the mountains and making the difficult decisions so you don’t have to, always with a smile on his face. Thanks for a fabulous 2 weeks! I’m already looking forward to my next Nepali adventure

Best Guide for Trekking in Nepal
We just competed the 11 days of trekking in the Annapurna Base Camp Trek. Rewati cared for us on every level- great guidance on which trek fit our needs the best; getting us a great room each night (even during the busiest of high season); checking in offer to see how we we doing as we walked; great advice as support for the increasing altitude.

The best adventure ever!
Annapurna Base Camp with Rawati of Mountain Magic Treks as it guide was the trip of a lifetime. An amazingly rewarding adventure on many levels. These mountains! So strong and magestic! Being inside the ring of plus 7,000 meter giants of Annapurna sanctuary is humbling and awe inspiring. Truly magical! Please make the time to immerse yourself in both the sunset and sunrise as the light, color and clouds slowly dance across the faces of these geological giants.
I have never felt so completely supported on and adventure. Our guide Rawati and porter Kesup met our every need, usually before we even knew we needed it. The meals were delicious and nourishing with Rawati encouraging us to eat more, eat more, you need it to combat altitude sickness. Same with drinking lots of water. And drink the garlic soup above 3,000 meters.
To help make sure we got good rest each evening they supplied us with very thick down coats and the warmest sleeping bags for a good night's rest. Our hotel rooms were booked in advance for every night with Rawati calling ahead before we arrive to make sure they were not given away to others. He has connections and relationships with all the places we stayed and ate at to help ensure our care and comfort.
Beyond the scenic beauty we had lots of curiosity about the flora, fauna, peoples, songs and culture of the places we walked through. I feel a deeper and more rounded connection to what I experienced and have grown to love Nepal. Immense gratitude for all that we learned and experienced.
I would give Mountain Magic Treks 10 stars if I could.

Mountain magic Treks exceeded our expectations for the Luxury Everest Base Camp Trek. We did the 12-day trek but organized a hotel and all things in Kathmandu it was amazed at the service that was provided to us from start to finish.
Firstly, Rewati was always available to reach me when I had so many questions before the trek. He always replied promptly in detail and took really good care of our concerns and I felt like I was in good hands.
Once we landed in Kathmandu Khem our guide greeted us at the airport and so began our adventure together. They went above and beyond to get us closer to Everest base camp and we were back on a trek.
This showed that they really cared about helping us achieve our dreams.
Once we started our journey, Khem (hands down the best guide we could ever have hoped for) took amazing care of us. We were exhausted every day from walking long distances but Khem knew how to relieve our pains, especially our altitude sicknesses. Paired with 2 incredible porters - Kumar and Prabin this trio was a God send. Their beautiful smiles and genuineness truly were uplifting and just being in their presence on the mountain made us so happy to be there. I can 100% say that we had the best team of guides and sherpas.
The anticipated day arrived when we arrived at base camp and it was such an emotional day. We reached base camp together, all 6 of us. Tears, hugs, and beautiful memories are all thanks to this amazing team. We even received badges from the company!
I cannot thank Mountain Magic Treks enough, especially Rewati, Khem, Prabin, and Prem to help achieve our dreams to reach Everest Base Bamp with Luxury hotels and services.
I will never forget the trip, as hard as it was worth every second to see basecamp with this incredible team.

Lifetime Experience of EBC Trek with Mountain Magic!
We had an amazing time with Rewati and Khem. Everything felt smooth from the beginning to the end. Rewati first picked us up at the airport, brought us to the hotel we booked (he can also book for you), let us rest and later brought us to this great traditional Nepalese restaurant. He gave us tips on top attractions and places to visit during our free time and also shared with us stories about his background & family which made the trip very personal and made us feel like we had already been friends for years. We could feel Rewati’s passion for his job and willingness to make this trip a memorable one for us.
We then headed to Lukla for the Everest Base Camp Trek. The first days are fine but it got more challenging as we went higher in altitude. Rewati is well trained and experienced to notice the first symptoms of AMS (altitude sickness) and would know what to do next.
After the trek, we decided to head to Pohkara, a beautiful city surrounded by a lake and mountains in the background (Annapurna) where we wanted to lay back, relax, and enjoy outdoor activities (Mountain bike, hill walks and Paragliding) for the last leg of our trip. Again, Rewati was helpful and booked for us hotel, outdoor activities although this was no longer part of our trip package. He would help us like a cousin would help his family members visiting.
We have treasured so many memories from our trek but what made this trip trully amazing is the human touch, passion for his job and love for his country. Thank you Rewati for all, you will stay in our heart. We will surely remember the non-ending card games in the lodges, the many stories you shared with us, but also saving Jay’s life due to AMS and lung infection (quick response, very efficient, felt safe & reassured at all times).

I did the EBC trek in 2021. Rewati is a great guide and has excellent communication skills. He is very caring, professional and has a great knowledge of the area including all the mountains names, heights, history of the areas etc. He is very familiarised with many people in the lodges, trek and porters. He also makes sure you are safe an comfortable at all times as well as he makes sure you are drinking enough water, eating well and make sure you are doing well throughout the trek. I highly recommend Rewati and his company
