Wonderful! My husband and I just returned home from a 3 week trip in Nepal. Rewati (owner of Mountain Magic Treks) facilitated the entire trip and helped create an amazing experience. He was thorough, organized, and communicative during the planning stages of the trip which helped me to feel prepared. He managed all of the details so that we were able to enjoy the trek without worrying about transportation, permits, etc. He thinks of everything --- we were the only group on our trek to have fresh fruit every day and many of the other trekkers were asking which organization we trekked with as they found theirs lacking in comparison. We felt so welcomed and taken care of. If you are looking for a guide or trekking agency, I would 100% recommend Mountain Magic Treks!

Rewati is a very friendly tour guide. Excellent experience with alot of friendly vibes. Rewati is passionate cheerful and will do everything to make his tourists happy. We did the Manaslu Circuit Trek with his team. I would totally recommend him as a tour/ trek guide in Nepal.

We did the short Annapurna circuit trek with mountain magic treks. 10 days was perfect as we were short on holiday time but wanted to get into the mountains and out of the city. The views were incredible and we had perfect weather throughout. Our guide Purna and the porters made sure everything went smoothly and we all made it successfully over the thorong la pass. It was super chilly in the evenings but that made the hot shower at the end all the more enjoyable! Would strongly recommend the trip!

Unforgettable Trekking to Annapurna Base Camp with Rewati
It was an amazing and unforgettable experience!! We were a group of friends and Mr. Rewati was our guide. He is very knowledgeable, kind and fun person. He was taking a very good care of us. The trip to Nepal is definitely one of my highlights.

Thank you Rewati for arranging an amazing 15 day trek to EBCand Kathmandu City tour for me! From start to finish everything was perfectly organized and went off without a hitch. You were extremely responsive and amenable to all of my needs and requests and made me feel like family from the moment I arrived in Kathmandu. You also went out of your way to help me coordinate my visit to Pokhara and Kathmandu Valley, which was extremely helpful And very much appreciated!!
Throughout my trek Rewati checked in numerous times to see how I was feeling and how my trek was going. He also made sure the trip was living up to my expectations and I wasn’t encountering any problems. It is very evident that Rewati cares very much about his clients and goes that extra step to personalize the service he provides. I had multiple exchanges with Rewati prior to my arrival and he was always very accessible and responded immediately to my inquiries. In addition to all of the useful information, he also provided me with a heavy North Face jacket, North Face sleeping bag, and trekking poles so I didn’t have to bring any of this stuff with me.
I truly feel like I made a long lasting friend in Nepal, which made my trek even more special. I highly recommend Mountain Magic Treks!

Amazing experience to EBC!
Phurba is a very experience guide, helpful, friendly and always attentive to clients needs. We stayed in some of the best lodges on the way to EBC and our porter was always the first to arrive and arrange the better rooms.
Phurba advises, briefings and adjustments on route were essential to adapt to acclimatization and make the trek to EBC and incredible and successful trip.

Rewati and his company Mountain Magic Treks should be your number one choice if you are considering Everest Base Camp Trek in Nepal.
This was my second visit to Nepal and I feel extremely fortunate to have found Rewati and Mountain Magic Treks.
Not only does Rewati answer all email queries promptly, he is also very flexible and can accommodate various changes and requests.
We trekked on this visit to Everest Base Camp and Kathmandu Day Tour, our guide Khem was very good, knowledgeable and accommodated our various route changes and made a huge effort to find us the best locations and rooms at every tea house we stopped. A slight room change can make a huge difference to a good nights sleep and Khem made every effort to always position us in the best spot possible.
The route to Everest Base Camp and back is quite challenging but Khem had no problem even with our relatively slow pace, he made sure to always watch us and make sure that we were safe and secure at all times.
There are a few other small things that Rewati and his team take care of that make your whole trip just smooth and effortless. Every part of the trip was spot on time. Every meet up for a ride to the airport or somewhere else was on time and efficient.
The full day tour was excellent. The hotel was very nice and the staffs are helpful in Kathmandu.
Hotels were booked as arranged and late check out was arranged without any issues.
Overall a fantastic experience and a great company to trek with, a highly efficient reliable team.

My friend had trekked with Rewati the year before and I heard nothing but good things with them. My experience was the same - well organized, friendly, quick responses on email/whatsapp, and Rewati was super helpful answering all my questions before I arrived.
I did the 12 day EBC trek solo with Khem. He was patient, very knowledgable about the routes and weather conditions, has a lot of experience and connections on the mountains which made me feel super safe. At first I was worried doing the trek alone but turns out, it was super easy to meet trekkers along the way. Khem was also a friendly and funny guy. Never a dull moment on the mountains! Everything went according to plan, we even made it out of Lukla with no delays despite reading other stories of people getting stuck there for days. We made it successfully to EBC, I started getting a headache the morning up to Kalapathar but we were headed down that day. My guide was very considerate and constantly checked in with me to make sure I was feeling better. Halfway down, everything got back to normal and I gained my appetite back :) Thank you guys for a great trip!

Rewati gave us an awesome Trek on the Manaslu Circuit Trek and got us out of some really tough situations including a lost passport & emergency evacuation. Many trekkers will try to do The Circuit without a Porter - which is doable - but without Rewati and porter, we would have been completely SOL! His knowledge, experience, and good nature turned what could have otherwise been a disastrous trip into an enjoyable one!

We did a 9 day ABC Trek with Rewati as our guide and Kumar as our porter. We had an excellent time as we were very well looked after by Rewati and Kumar. Our accommodations were great - we had great food, and hot showers and wifi were available for the most part. Trekking was never dull, and when it became difficult, Rewati always made sure we took a break just to breathe or take hydration. But he also made sure we were on schedule so that we wouldn't miss spectacular moments such as the sunrise at Poon Hill and ABC itself. Even before the trip, Rewati was already very kind and helpful, answering all our questions by email or WhatsApp. It was a very smooth experience for us from start to finish. Overall, a really great experience and we would definitely recommend them to everyone we know! Thank you Mountain Magic!

We had an amazing time with Rewati and Khem. Everything felt smooth from the beginning to the end. Rewati first picked us up at the airport, brought us to the hotel we booked (he can also book for you), let us rest and later brought us to this great traditional Nepalese restaurant. He gave us tips on top attractions and places to visit during our free time and also shared with us stories about his background & family which made the trip very personal and made us feel like we had already been friends for years. We could feel Rewati’s passion for his job and willingness to make this trip a memorable one for us.
We then headed to Lukla for the Everest Base Camp Trek. The first days are fine but it got more challenging as we went higher in altitude. Rewati is well trained and experienced to notice the first symptoms of AMS (altitude sickness) and would know what to do next.
After the trek, we decided to head to Pohkara, a beautiful city surrounded by a lake and mountains in the background (Annapurna) where we wanted to lay back, relax, and enjoy outdoor activities (Mountain bike, hill walks and Paragliding) for the last leg of our trip. Again, Rewati was helpful and booked for us hotel, outdoor activities although this was no longer part of our trip package. He would help us like a cousin would help his family members visiting.
We have treasured so many memories from our trek but what made this trip trully amazing is the human touch, passion for his job and love for his country. Thank you Rewati for all, you will stay in our heart. We will surely remember the non-ending card games in the lodges, the many stories you shared with us, but also saving Jay’s life due to AMS and lung infection (quick response, very efficient, felt safe & reassured at all times).

Our group of four completed the short annapurna circuit trek in autumn with mountain magic, who provided a guide, transport and porters. Overall it was an amazing and beautiful experience and very well organised by the company. We would recommend Rewati and the team, and consider using again.
Some comments we had along the way we rated as very good as opposed to excellent were:
- The information provided by the guide on the trek was clear and usefull. Others have written great reviews on the guides, we also lucky to get the good and experiance guide.
- As the trek is all inclusive, the guide paid for meals and accomodation from a budget with any extras charged on top. This was a cup of tea and a dish 3 times per day. This system was slightly opaque as we were charged for any extras but didn't get a reduction if choosing light options like soup or to skip. I'd expected more flexibility on larger cups of tea, say, or would prefer to simply pay for what you have.
- Similarly to the comment on inclusive food, there was a range of accomodation availible at the various overnight stops, so worth agreeing preference in advance. The default chosen by the guide is likely to be the most basic, and you may prefer a greater level of comfort for a modest additional price.

I spent 1.5 weeks with Rewati as a guide, travelling around Chitwan, Pokhara and trekking to Annapurna Base Camp in April 2023. As a single female traveller, I was nervous to travel alone, but travelling with Rewati I had a great experience. He was very good company, very humorous and fun. He was very supportive when I got tired when hiking and adjusted trekking routes to suit my abilities. He was very knowledgeable about the areas we travelled to, and he took me to some very nice Nepalese restaurants and bars. Some evenings we would eat and drink together, and at other times he was very accepting when I wanted to spend some time by myself. I highly recommend. Planning on doing Everest base camp with him some time in the future. Thank you Rewati :)

Awesome trek, even better guide
I visited Nepal in March 2023 with a small group of friends. Our guide Phurba made the trip unforgettable. We originally planned to do ABC but bad weather and avalanches made the trek undoable. Phurba made sure to make alternate plans for us and ended up leading us to an unforgettable trek to Poon Hill. His expertise and knowledge of the mountains are unbeatable. Phurba had the best stories to tell and shared facts about the mountains as well as the people in the villages; it gave us so much more perspective and context as we were trekking. His insights and sharings really made our experience richer.
I also suffered from altitude sickness and an upset stomach for almost the entire trek. Phurba made sure to stay behind with me when I hiked slower than everyone else, and was patient and considerate in making sure that I was feeling ok. He made sure I always got hot water whenever we took a break at a teahouse.
Trekking with Phurba was so much more than just a guided hike; it was a culturally rich experience. We became close friends with the guide and his whole team and all keep in touch to this day. I highly recommend Mountain Magic Treks and Phurba Shurpa for your next adventure in Nepal.

We have just finished our 14 day Everest Base Camp Trek and have had the most amazing experience with this Mountain Magic Treks. Our Guides Khem and Kumar always went out of their way to help us and make sure that we were happy with everything. They made a special effort to help those in the group that were struggling with the altitude or other illnesses and make sure we could still achieve what we had set out to do. We had a group of 4 and all of us have been extremely pleased with the service provided and it has been an experience that we will treasure forever. If anyone else is considering using Mountain Magic Treks as their company I would 100% recommend, as it is a local company and the guides and porters are all amazing!

We had the chance to have Rewati as a guide for the EBC trek. He was very efficient, had a lot to explain about the nature and the history along the trek and was very friendly! Great guide and great trekking!
Last August, My friend and I did a trekking through the Annapurna Circuit Short Trek. Phurba Sherpa was our guide and showed us the best places and helped us to get the most out of this experience. Since we were both inexperienced in trekkings, it was really great to have such an experienced guide, who was really friendly and personal throughout the whole adventure. However the weather conditions in August were (as expected) not too helpful for seeing the high peaks of the mountains, the extra information and experience of Mountain Magic Treks helped us to enjoy every piece of it.

We organised our trip through Rewati, owner of Mountain Magic Treks Ltd, and could not have asked for a better experience to see the variety of Nepal and what it has to offer. All transport to and from the airport was arranged and transfers between destinations, taking all the stress out for us. We began our experience in Chitwan and Rewati organised an amazing accommodation and tour of the jungle to see Rhinos and wildlife - highly recommend - then back onto Pokhara to begin our 4 day Poon Hill Trek, guided by Rewati and a porter. They were great company, providing lots of information about the Himalayas and surrounding areas. All food and accommodation was organised at an amazing price as part of the package. We loved the trip and so sad it had to end - would highly recommend Mountain Magic Treks for your experience of Nepal.

Best trekking guide in Nepal!
We went to Nepal in March 2017 for my friend's birthday. Our plan was to do ABC. When the weather turned unexpectedly halfway up, we begged Phurba to still take us all the way to base camp. Phurba talked with all the locals and other trekkers along the trail to gauge the harsh conditions ahead. He and the porters did everything to get us as far as we could, because they knew Annapurna was what we came for. In the end, the weather was just too dangerous, and we didn't make it to base camp. However, Phurba knew the mountain so well and had other alternate routes up his sleeve. We ended up seeing so much more and had a blast!
From day one, Phurba was professional and explained all the details to us. He was patient, answering all of our questions (even the dumb ones!) and always making sure we were more than satisfied. He shared with us his life stories and taught us so much about his culture. Him and his crew have many years of experience, leading groups to EBC, ABC, and others.
To be honest, if you want a good trek, any guide will do. Mountain Magic offers so much more though; we had many great conversations and laughs with our guide and even our two porters... still keep in touch with them now! Thank you Mountain Magic for your exceptional guidance and for making this birthday trip one to remember!

We booked the 15 days Everest Base Camp Trek and Kathmandu sightseeing tour with Rewati and his team from Mountain Magic Treks it was amazing. Toran was our guide and Kumar was our porter the company provided. We had an excellent time as we were very well looked after by Toran and Kumar. Our accommodations were great in Kathmandu and in the mountain- we had great food, and hot showers and wi-fi were available for the most part even it is chargeable. I did the Annapurna Circuit trek in mid-December 2015, guided by Phurba Sherpa. Phurba was just the perfect guide for a newbie trekker like me. He helped me out with the pre-trek prep, taking me to shops to rent gear like sleeping bags- he even bargained on my behalf! Once the trek started, he was always there, making sure I was doing the right things, eating well, staying hydrated. He also took care of finding accomodation at the tea houses. I will never forget the day we crossed the Thorong La pass- 50m before reaching Thorong La, I was hit with altitude sickness. Phurba had the right medication to help me through it and carried my backpack for me till we crossed the pass. Professional, yet warm and kind, Phurba is like family. He has a great eye for a picture too!
About the trek- it's an experience to cherish forever. Beautiful landscapes, from fields to forests to snow-clad mountains to cold desert. Great variety, from ancient monasteries and temples to hot-water springs. A very rewarding journey, being with oneself, while still meeting people from all over the world. And the opportunity to experience the amazing warmth and hospitality of the Nepalese and the delightful company of my guide and trekking buddies.

Great experience in the Annapurna Basecamp trek!
We did the Annapurna Basecamp trek at the beginning of October with Rewati. It was an amazing experience, wonderful landscapes and great people around us.
The organization was excellent, we were very lucky to have Rewati with us. His sympathy and enthusiasm was contagious all along the trip. Also, he took care of every small detail of the trek in an excellent way, always making sure we were safe, comfortable and happy.
I totally recommend this trip and this company.
