They are truly a top-tier local company—professional, well-organised, and attentive to every detail. From the very first message with Rewati to the moment we were dropped at the airport after a month in Nepal, everything was perfectly taken care of.
Our guide Suman and porter Om were outstanding. They were always focused on our safety and well-being, checking our oxygen levels every evening and making sure we were handling the altitude. They consistently went above and beyond to keep us comfortable, often anticipating our needs before we even asked. On top of that, they were incredibly kind, genuine people, and getting to know them made the trip even more special.
Crossing Larke Pass was a challenge, with deep snow making the day extremely difficult. But Suman stayed by my side the entire way, encouraging me with his positivity and giving me the strength to push through.
The company was also very flexible. They adapted our itinerary during the trek to manage heavy snow conditions and illness, ensuring everyone made it across the pass safely. At the end of the trek, some members of our group wanted to finish in different regions of Nepal, and Mountain Magic Treks arranged everything smoothly at no extra cost.
The price was also very reasonable compared to many other companies—especially considering the exceptional level of service provided.
I enjoyed trekking with Suman and Om so much that right after completing the Manaslu Circuit, I immediately booked another trek with them just a few days later.

This was truly a dream come true an unforgettable adventure in a beautiful country. My experience with Mountain Magic Treks was exceptional. Suman and Keshap, our guide and assistant guide, were incredibly friendly, caring, and professional. They made the entire group feel safe, supported, and well looked after throughout the journey.
A huge shout-out to our amazing porters Purna, Durga, Om, and Naresh whose incredible strength and dedication made the impossible feel possible. Their support was absolutely invaluable.

This past October, I had the pleasure of completing the Manaslu Circuit Trek - 12 Days with Mountain Magic Treks (Rewati). From the very beginning, the communication was clear, helpful, and timely. Rewati provided well-explained guidance and shared all the essential information I needed to prepare for the journey.
After arriving in Kathmandu, I took a wonderful city tour and later met my fellow trekkers along with our guide, Mr. Umesh. I cannot express enough how exceptional Umesh was throughout the trek. His deep knowledge, warm personality, and positive energy made every day enjoyable. He was attentive to everyone’s needs, always found solutions that worked for the whole group, and ensured that we all felt safe, comfortable, and included.
Mr. Umesh truly brought life and enthusiasm to the entire experience, turning this trek into a once-in-a-lifetime memory for me. When I return to Nepal for my next adventure and I definitely will, I’ll choose Mountain Magic Treks again and will request Mr. Umesh without hesitation.

We were a group of ten friends from Australia, and our experience with Mountain Magic Treks was truly outstanding. From the moment we landed in Kathmandu, we were greeted warmly with garlands and stayed at the Ramada Inn, which offered great security, comfort, and hospitality.
Our trek began on September 11, during the third day of riots in Nepal. Despite the uncertainty, Rewati ensured everything was perfectly planned and handled with care. He arranged all our gear and guided us safely through every step. Thanks to his excellent local connections, we managed to fly to Lukla the same day once the clouds cleared — something we hadn’t expected!
Trekking during the tail end of the monsoon meant cloudy and rainy conditions, but our three guides and five porters made the journey smooth and enjoyable. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help — even carrying backpacks for team members who were struggling.
Rewati proved to be exceptionally trustworthy and delivered exactly what he promised, from comfortable accommodations to well-coordinated logistics.
Overall, it was a fantastic and memorable experience — safe, well-organized, and filled with warmth. We couldn’t recommend Mountain Magic Treks enough for anyone planning a Himalayan adventure!

I HIGHLY recommend Mountain Magic Treks and this particular trek if you are able to do it! Rewati Parajuli, trekking director, is awesome in responding to any questions one may have prior to the trek. He also was very good in keeping things stay on schedule when it didn’t look possible. I was there just after the civil unrest and there just prior to the blizzard that occurred near EBC in early October.
Somehow when other agencies had multiple day delays my trip was delayed by only one day. From that point forward everything ran on schedule even when our porter had to leave on Day 4 for a family issue. Again, Rewati kept the schedule intact. Our guide, Umesh , was a former porter and stepped up to carry the additional bag. Very impressive! Rewati is very good in responding quickly to any questions one may have prior /during the trek. Again, 5 stars to Mountain Magic Treks and Rewati.
I’m sure he can customize a trip for anyone’s particular needs!!

In early December 2024, I, along with two fellow Canadians, a Scot, and an Englishman, embarked on a 14-day trek through the Three Passes—Kongma La, Cho La, and Renjo La—plus a day trek to Everest Base Camp, all arranged through Mountain Magic Treks. Rewati and his team customized our itinerary to suit our preferences while providing expert guidance to ensure practicality and safety.
This Short Everest Three High Passes Trek from start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, thanks to their knowledge and professionalism. We were met at the airport, assisted with accommodation in Kathmandu, and given a thorough briefing on every aspect of the trek—both via email before our arrival and in person upon reaching Nepal.
The porters and guides from Mountain Magic Treks were exceptional, prioritizing our safety and well-being at every step. Their dedication and support were invaluable, and Rewati maintained daily contact with them to ensure everything was going smoothly.
This level of care speaks volumes about the company’s commitment to its trekkers. This was our second consecutive year trekking with Mountain Magic Treks, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone considering an adventure in Nepal.
As for the trek itself—it was breathtaking, challenging, and unforgettable. We completed it in 14 days, though if you have more time, I’d suggest taking extra rest days to soak it all in. The lodges were comfortable, the food was excellent, and the guides were always enthusiastic about side treks. The mountain passes, especially Cho La, were simply stunning.
This truly was the adventure of a lifetime.

Mountain Magic Treks created an unforgettable experience for our family! From my first inquiry with Rewati to the pre-trip briefing, the trek itself, and the final debrief and farewell dinner, every moment exceeded our expectations.
Our guide, Khem, was exceptional, knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to every detail. He ensured our safety and comfort throughout this demanding journey. The porters, Durga and Special, were equally outstanding, making our trek worry-free. Khem truly stood out as a gem; his professionalism and care are unmatched. If you're lucky enough to have him as your guide, you'll understand why he's so highly regarded.
For older participants or those seeking a touch of luxury, I highly recommend the Everest Base Camp Trek with Helicopter Return and Luxury option. The trek is physically demanding, especially in winter, but the added comfort of the helicopter makes it more accessible.
If you have extra time, I also suggest exploring Kathmandu and booking the Mountain Magic Treks' UNESCO Sites Tour. It's the perfect way to round out an incredible Himalayan adventure!

My experience with Mountain Magic Treks on the Everest Base Camp Trek with Helicopter Return was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, Rewati and the team were amazing. They expertly handled all logistics, provided detailed equipment information, addressed my questions and concerns, and made the booking process effortless.
The trek itself is undeniably challenging, so I strongly recommend thorough research to ensure you're fully prepared for this adventure. I had the most memorable Christmas in the mountains, thanks to the professionalism of the guides, the surprisingly comfortable accommodations, and the seamless organization throughout.

We recently completed the Manaslu trek as a group of 10. Rewati and his team organised every detail with precision. Airport pick-up (including locating lost luggage), accommodation, food, transport and health were all taken into careful consideration to ensure the success of the trek. Upon returning to Kathmandu, many of us utilised his skills in organising additional activities including scenic flights of the Himalayas and short trips to Chitwan and Pokhara, including flights. Our Manaslu Circuit Short Trek was nothing short of amazing! The planning process was seamless thanks to Rewati, who was incredibly responsive and organized a pre-trek coffee briefing to walk us through the schedule in detail.
The trek itself was spectacular, offering an incredible variety of landscapes and trekking paths. We ventured through lush forests, and narrow trails along valleys, and were rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of Manaslu and other towering peaks. Each day brought a new marvel.
The tea houses along the route were fantastic—cozy dining rooms created a welcoming social atmosphere, while the private huts, though basic, met all our needs. A standout moment was our stay at a tea house in Shyala, nestled at 3,500 meters, surrounded by a stunning panorama of colorful huts and majestic mountains.
Suman, our guide, was exceptional—knowledgeable, attentive, and full of fascinating insights about Nepali culture, villages, and the surrounding areas. He ensured we were well taken care of, serving meals, surprising us with extra drinks, and going above and beyond when one of our group fell ill with a stomach bug. Suman arranged extra blankets, hot water, and even carried an extra day bag to lighten the load.
Our porter, Arjun, was equally fantastic. His strength, humor, and readiness to assist made a huge difference. He always had our bags prepared, served us evening fruit, and kept everyone laughing throughout the trek.
The camaraderie we built with Suman and Arjun was one of the highlights of the journey. From playing cards to sharing jokes, their support made even the toughest moments more manageable.
We wholeheartedly recommend Mountain Magic Treks with Suman as a guide and Arjun as a porter. This trek was an unforgettable adventure, and we can’t wait to return for more!

The Manaslu Circuit Short Trek this year was an unforgettable adventure for us. The journey gradually takes you from the lowlands to the breathtaking Larkya La Pass at 5,106 meters. Within just a few days of trekking, we found ourselves immersed in stunning Tibetan villages that felt like a world of their own.
Our guide, Rewati, was young, energetic, and fluent in English. He truly made our trip exceptional. Rewati shared fascinating insights about Nepal and took us to hidden gems we would have otherwise missed. He was flexible with plans, always had a solution for every situation, and made sure our experience was nothing short of amazing.
The accommodations were excellent, and the food was delightful. We enjoyed traditional dal bhat, local roti, and the unique flavors of Nepali tea. Rewati’s attention to detail was impressive—he made sure we started each day with tea and an egg, ensuring we were fueled for the trek.

We booked with the Mountain Magic Treks Short Manaslu Circuit Trek without knowing what to expect—whether we’d be trekking alone or with a group. Two days before our arrival in Kathmandu, we were contacted to confirm if the trip was still feasible due to the weather. This flexibility left a great impression on us.
Upon arriving in Kathmandu, our guide Khem picked us up from the hotel and took us to the Mountain Magic Treks office. There, we met another traveler who asked to join the trek, as he was also going solo. Coincidentally, we were close in age, and it made for a perfect match!
The group dynamic was wonderful, and Khem, our guide, went above and beyond our expectations. His charm, humor, and deep knowledge of Nepali life and culture enriched the entire experience.

When my partner and I discussed traveling to Nepal we knew it would not be an "easy" trip: instead of looking forward to relaxation and cocktails on a beach we knew we would be cold, tired, and grumpy sometimes, but the prospect of seeing some of the world’s tallest mountains convinced us to take the plunge, and are we ever glad we did!!
Since we would not be getting an “easy” vacation, we knew we wanted to at least not have to worry so much about our day-to-day planning and logistics. Thus, while folks can trek the Annapurna Circuit without a guide, we decided to get one. Mountain Magic was stellar in providing us with comprehensive guidance for our trip. This started before our arrival in Nepal, with long text exchanges with Rewati, who was unflagging in his willingness to answer questions, offer advice for packing/preparing, organizing hotels, and just generally being available by text to calm our pre-trip anxieties. This careful and comprehensive docenting continued on our arrival. Rewati met us at the airport, drove us to our hotel, talked over gear items we would want to consider obtaining in Kathmandu, and then took us out to dinner to celebrate the start of our trip.
Our guide, Khem, was attentive to our every need throughout each day - from setting a gentle pace on the trail, to making sure we had the best room in the hotel (en suite bathroom!), to doing his best to answer all of our questions - he exceeded himself time and time again. Our porter, Arjun, was a delight, and was always cheerfully ready to help us.
The Annapurna Circuit is definitely not an easy trek. Both my partner and I suffered from at least one day of GI distress, the nights in the higher elevations are quite cold, and unless you have time to adjust to the jetlag, the combination of circadian rhythm disruption and altitude will likely wreak havoc on your sleep. But having Magic Mountain tours there to support us every step of the way, our trip was as smooth, easy, and magical as we could have possibly asked for!

Exceptional trip! Rewati, Keshap, and the rest of the boys from Mountain Majic were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good time. When we decided to change our travel plans after the trip (Pokhara instead of Kathmandu) Rewati organized everything straight away, it required no thought on our behalf. Even once we were back in Kathmandu he kept in touch and organised taxis and sightseeing trips for us. If we come back to Nepal for another trek we will use Mountain Majic again for sure!

For a while I had this idea of going to Nepal and see the Himalayans with my own eyes. There are plenty of roads to take and of course there are many companies providing the trekking services. What makes the Mountains Magic a true Magic ? Perhaps it starts with how fast Mr. Rewati Parajuti responds to your inquiries. And it also continues on a day by day basis after your arrival to Kathmandu. They are your bridge between who you were and who you become after the trek is over. Without them you could be lost. You got to trust me - your life depends on them. It doesn’t matter if you are a seasoned mountaineer or a beginning one. A wrong step in the Mountains could be the last one. They are making sure it doesn’t happen to you. They do know the roads n the Mountains the same way you know how to get to your office.
The Mountains is the place you can start learning about yourself. The guides and the porters are very supportive and always taking care of you. They run all the logistics and make the schedule of the events. They choose where to stay overnight and help you to select your meal. I didn’t have to think where to walk and didn’t have to use any of the trekking apps I usually rely upon when I go hiking in the California. Mr. Umesh Puri was my personal guide and I did feel completely secure walking with him. My mind was free and I was able to enjoy the views along the road. He was informing me about the total distance we had to cover and when there would be a place to rest and get a fresh tea. He was also helping me with the souvenirs in the villages. I am very grateful for receiving such wonderful treatment. That was my first time in Nepal. I am thinking about returning back there with my spouse. I hope Mountain Magic would be waiting for us in the future. Namaste.

We had a fantastic trip with Rewati and his team on the Manaslu circuit. The guides and porters were friendly and fun and the whole experience was seamless from pick ups from the airport to organising every last detail on the trip. Rewati would go out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly for us. We choose the private jeep as transport which definitely was the right choice. I would go with Mountain magic again in a heartbeat.

MMT made fantastic tour in Nepal for our group of 20 people. We had unforgettable 10 days in Kathmandu Valley and Pokhara. I opted for Rewati Parajuli and Mountain Magic Treks for the Langtang Gosaikunda trek, having received recommendations through word of mouth. Rewati's professionalism, understanding, and communication skills were exceptional. He possessed extensive knowledge of the region and was well-acquainted with the local people.

I was recommended Mountain Magic Treks & their operator (Rewati) by my friend Brian Lombard a few years back. At the time he had completed the Poonhill trek despite being athletically limited. Brian mentioned that Rewati had meticulously planned everything which simplified what was a daunting dask for him. Brian maintains had it not been for Rewatis organisational skills (including sorting out a porter to carry his bag) as well his own wife's constant encouragement, he would never have made it up Poonhill.
Armed with this recommendation, I set about Poonhill myself. Rewati lived up to his reputation and took care of everything. Even going as far as collecting and dropping me to the airport, bringing me for a welcome dinner & sorting me out with any equipment I was missing like a jacket + walking poles.
I had a great guide in Mr Kim and porter in Mr Kumar to accompany me for the trek. The trek itself was short, 4 days in total. Anyone with a decent base level of fitness would be able to complete with relative ease. It definitely whet the appetite for something more challenging in the future.
Hopefully I'll get the opportunity to meet these guys again for a bigger trek. 5 stars for me!

I trekked with our amazing guide mr Khem and 2 porters mr Khila and Khumar through the Manaslu circuit trek. The trek will always be amazingly beautiful, but what made it really special is the friendship we build with the entire team!
We played cards every night, joked around all the time and learned a lot about the region because mr Khem knows so much and explains it in good English.
Book with this company if you want to have an amazing time as well as a beautiful trek!

After a long plan, we had an unforgettable time on the Manaslu Circuit Trek for 14 days in October 2023. The weather was fabulous, and I saw spectacular views along the way. We found the Manaslu trek to be completely unique, authentic, culturally rich, and a more natural trail to hike around the charming valley. Despite the beauty, the Larkya La Pass offers an amazing and superb view from the top. Our guide was a Khem; he is very experienced, knowledgeable, and helpful. He explained very well about the flora and fauna. Our Manaslu trek was booked with Mountain Magic Treks, and genuinely, they were very professional and helped to explain everything before booking the trip. The trek package included everything, and it was also an affordable package with a customized program too. They took us very safely, and I would highly recommend the Mountain Magic Treks Team to those who are planning to hike around the Manaslu area.
