Nagarkot Day Tour

Located on the valley rim of Kathmandu north east of Bhaktapur a famous hill station for striking sunrise and sunsets over an array of snow-capped mountains from Manaslu to Everest range of peaks in the comfort of the standard to deluxe hotels and resorts.

Nagarkot at 2,120 m with alpine climate and serene cool forest also an escape for city folks from the hectic hustle and bustle of city life for a day or two, the place with nice hill village where one can hike for a day or more with grand views of mountains.

Hiking Program:

5:00 am: Drive from Kathmandu, hotel for Nagarkot to see the sunrise which takes around one hour, then enjoy the views and have breakfast, the hiking will starts after sunrise and breakfast from Nagarkot. From high altitude, for four hours the hike goes through the downhill and pine forest with views of Kathmandu city and local villages continuous to Changunarayan Hindus temple and visit around the temple then drive back to the hotel at Thamel.
